Elevating the Standard

Elevated Standards was born from our immense love and admiration for the animals that encompass our life.  We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, surrounded by love, family, our beautiful children, and our amazing animal companions. As lifelong animal lovers, our background began in the horse industry and our lives revolve around that business. Horses and Dogs just go together. Over the years our family has owned many breeds ranging from Wheaten Terriers to Wiemeriners. In the Summer of 2019 we brought home 3 Standard Poodle females and a gorgeous Golden Doodle male, our hearts were immediately full.  We knew that we had found the perfect breeds for our family.  That love for these dogs has evolved into Elevated Standards.
